Applies to Manage Customers and Professional Services
To import Contacts in bulk to save for recording of Professional Services or SMS contacting, you must first create a CSV file of the Contacts. This can be done in Microsoft Excel.
For the CSV file, you must include 9 columns however only 3 are required information (outlined in bold):
2. First Name
4. Street Address
8. Mobile Number
9. Email address
If you do not have the relevant information for columns 4, 5, 6, 7 leave the cell blank if you don't have information for columns 1 or 9 enter NULL, example as below.
Please also remember to remove column headings (i.e. row 1 of the file should be the first Contact's details).
Once you have this file saved, open PlusOne and select the Manage Customers tab. In this screen, you will see an 'Import Contacts' button at the top of the page. Click this and follow the prompts to upload your CSV file.
