Digital Adherence Programs are a MedAdvisor service aimed at providing support and education to patients through their treatment journey.
Digital Adherence Program messages are delivered to patients about medications which they have been PRESCRIBED and DISPENSED. Program messages contain Quality Use of Medicine (QUM) information and can address known issues that adversely impact safety, persistence or effectiveness of medicines, helping to improve medication adherence and overall patient health.
MedAdvisor customers who have received Digital Adherence Program communications report feeling more confident in their ability to manage their disease.1
These communications have shown to further improve medication adherence by an additional 10%, leading to increased script fills at the pharmacy.
