Issue: Unable to view or select an associated pharmacy when setting up a pharmacist's profile to integrate with PPA for auto claiming of Medscheck, Diabetes Medschecks and COVID-19 vaccinations, in PlusOne.
The Associated Pharmacy appears as a blank grey field or when the drop down menu is selected, there are no associated pharmacies appearing.
Resolution:
- Log on to your PPA portal and follow all the steps from the PPA Portal User Guide - Integration (guide attached)
Important! while it is important to follow all steps in the attached guide correctly, if Step 7 and 9 are not followed correctly, you will not be able to view your associated pharmacy in the drop down in PlusOne.
It is also important to note that the UserID and API Key can only be pasted into PlusOne using CTRL+V on the keyboard - right clicking to paste does not work.
