Applies to: PlusOne Immunisations and Flu Vacccination forms
Issue: Immunisations / Flu Vaccination forms are completed in PlusOne and a 'Submission Successful' pop up appears, however, when logging on to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), the records do not appear.
Resolution:
There is an anomaly with the AIR system, as follows:
AIR automatically expires your password if you do not use it within 6 Months, there is no automatic notification of the expiration.
Although on PlusOne by MedAdvisor, the data appears as being successfully uploaded to AIR, if the password has expired, the data is suspended and only gets released after the AIR password is reset.
