To claim for eligible deliveries (based on the criteria found here), record all eligible deliveries in this form and lodge your claim on the PPA portal.
To record an eligible delivery for claiming and audit purposes, go to PlusOne > Record Services > Select Patient > Service drop down menu > COVID-19 Home Medicines Service
To generate a summary report for claiming via PPA, go to PlusOne > Record Services > Reports > COVID-19 Home Medicines Service Report
