How to generate an Activation Code

Applies to: PlusOne by MedAdvisor 

1. In PlusOne select Sign Up Customers and search for the customer, or select them from the recently dispensed to customers list 

Customers who have a profile in dispense will appear in the search 

2. Select App from Channel Preference

3. Select Activation Code

4. Enter Staff Initials

5. Select Generate Activation Code

6. Activation code will generate in the box to the right. Select Print Activation Code and close

7. This activation code can now be given to the patient to complete the sign up process.
