To delete entries from the Quick CIs drop-down in Record Services, follow the steps below:
- Open the Clinical Intervention form in Record Services (after selecting a patient).
- Click on the Favourites drop-down in the top menu of the form.
- Select Load Favourite from the drop-down.
- You will then see a list of each of your saved Quick CIs with trash can symbols beside them - selecting the trash can symbol will delete the Quick CI entry.
