The Errors or Symptoms you might experience :
- Minfos API error thrown by PlusOne.
- Sign up customers not populating ("Main database not accessible" error)
Steps to resolve:
- Make sure you close PlusOne and it is not running in the background
- Relaunch PlusOne.
- Determine if the issue is happening on all computers running PlusOne or individual computers
- Determine if it is affecting other software that integrates with your Minfos dispense
- If the issue is happening on all terminals (and other software), sometimes the Minfos server will be working fine but the data access API will not be:
- Please restart the Minfos Server when convenient this should fix the issue or it may be best to call Minfos support.
