There are two ways to edit the reminders which customers receive.
To edit the types of reminders they receive:
- In Manage Customers select the customer
- Double click the customer to bring up the Patient Details page
- Select advanced options
- Select which reminder types you would like the customer to receive
To edit which medications they receive reminders for:
- In Manage Customer select the customer
- Double click the customer to bring up the Patient Details page.
- Press the tick box on the left side of their medication (if ticked the patient will receive reminders for this medication)
