7CPA claim reports are located under Record Services > Reports. The reports allow you to select a date range and generate claim files a format which 7CPA requires. You can also generate a range of reports for services recorded. Please follow the below steps:
1. In the left-hand menu select Record Services
2. Select REPORTS in the top right hand corner
3. Choose the service you would like to generate a report for e.g MedsCheck / Diabetes Medscheck Report
4. Select the date range for the report you would like to generate
5. Choose PPA Status from the drop down to filter the type of record that appears in the report.
6. Choose from the Document status drop down.
7. Your report can be viewed under Reports and you can select to generate and download a Detailed Report, Summary Report or a Claim File (where applicable).
