If a customer would no longer like to receive MedAdvisor notifications you can turn these off by un-ticking each medication in their profile in Manage Customers.
Customers can also go to the app settings and turn these off. If they would only like to turn off notifications for specific medications, they can select the medication from their home page and turn off reminders.
