The Guild Corporate Health - Flu Vaccination tile in PlusOne by MedAdvisor's Health Services Hub is a Guild Member Only service that offers pharmacies the opportunity to access patients whose employer has offered to pay for a specific service.
The employee books online directly from the Guild Corporate Health booking page that will display your booking link using an organisation code provided by their employer. This will result in an appointment appearing in your MedAdvisor calendar. The pharmacy conducts the service and is reimbursed by MedAdvisor.
IMPORTANT: Please note that sending SMS messages via the Health Services Hub attracts a charge per SMS sent (max. 161 characters per SMS). You will be asked to confirm sending these messages by selecting OK. Please select this button ONLY ONCE to avoid paying for duplicate messages.
The Record Services Immunisation forms are also updated to record Guild Corporate Health voucher numbers and organisation codes.
You MUST enable (turn on) this tile to offer the service.
Please follow these steps:
- Select Health Services Hub in the left-hand menu of PlusOne by MedAdvisor
- Select Guild Corporate Health Flu Vaccination tile
Please note: The status is set to disabled but must be switched ON by selecting the Service Status toggle to ENABLED.
- Select the Set Up Service tab and set your price (at $0 or leave it blank), booking website and dates and times, if applicable.
- Select Set up Booking Website
- Select Use MedAdvisor to accept bookings and list on the MedAdvisor website (Recommended)
Please note: You must use MedAdvisor to accept to bookings for this service. If your pharmacy uses Healthengine for other bookings you MUST still use MedAdvisor as all bookings for this service will only show on the Calendar in PlusOne.
Do NOT choose 'Use your own online booking link' OR 'Don't allow online bookings.'
- Select from the three options under Set Dates and Times
- Select Save
Once set up, patients will be able to book on your Customer Booking Website and via the app by selecting Guild Corp Health Flu Vaccination. They must have an Organisation Code to book that is issued by their employer.
They will be asked to select a date and time for the vaccination booking, fill out their details, including the organisation code, and agree to the Guild Corporate Health Privacy Policy before submitting their bookings.
- The patient will see a confirmation of their booking
When the patient books, you will see a confirmation of the booking in your PlusOne Inbox
To record the service, select the booking in the Calendar or Health Services Hub and select 'Open in Record Services'.
The Immunisation and Flu Vaccination forms are enabled to automatically populate the prescreening questions (if the patient answered the questions online), the Voucher No. / Organisation Code from the booking in the PATIENT SUITABILITY AND CONSENT section of the forms.
Please note: this code can also be manually entered.
When recording the vaccination details, under Vaccine Funding Type select Private
