MedAdvisor - Queensland Community Pharmacy Scope of Practice Pilot - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase 1

As part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), please follow these steps: 

 

How to Login

To access the MedAdvisor web platform, visit https://pharmacy-test.medadvisor.io/pps-home

  • Enter your username and password

  • Select LOG IN

*Your username and password for UAT will be provided to you directly. 

 

How to add a patient

After logging in, you will see the Home screen of PlusOne by MedAdvisor. You will be able to select from a list of Recently dispensed customers or have the option to add a patient. 

  • In the top right-hand corner, select Add patient

  • Enter the details for the patient, including the minimum requirements: first name, surname and mobile number

  • Select Save patient

That patient is now saved. You will see the Patient information screen, where you can view their details, add patient notes and access the following tabs: 

  1. Consultation History
  2. DAA (Dose Administration Aid)
  3. Medication List
  4. Monitoring

How to search for a patient

The test version of PlusOne by MedAdvisor web is pre-loaded with test patients. You may select these patients from the Recently dispensed customers list or use the search function.

To search for a patient, follow these steps: 

  • On the Home screen, select the Search here field at the top of the screen.

  • Enter the test patients detail you would like to find e.g surname, first name, address, medicare number or date of birth. 
  • Select Search

  • You will see a list of patients that match the searched information

  • Select Patient details OR select the dropdown to go directly the selected service form 

 

Accessing Full Scope of Practice (FSOP) forms

  • To access the FSOP forms, choose a patient and select the FSOP drop down, in the top right-hand corner.

  • Select the form you would like to test. 
  • At the top and bottom of each form, you can Delete, Save draft or Complete the form, as long as you have filled out all required fields. Please refer to your UAT form for more information on the specific testing requirements.

Accessing Immunisation Forms (optional)

  • To access the immunisation forms (incl. Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations), choose a patient and select the Services drop down, in the top right-hand corner.

  • Select the form you would like to test
  • At the top and bottom of each form, you can Delete, Save draft or Complete the form, as long as you have filled out all required fields. Please refer to your UAT form for more information on the specific testing requirements.
