Applies to: PlusOne SMS Reminder patients
If an SMS reminder patient's name needs to be updated, the pharmacist needs to update it in Dispense and then force the profile to update.
1. Ensure all patient details are listed in dispense exactly as desired
2. In PlusOne Manage Customers, search for the patient
3. Right click the patient's name and then click Refresh Patient Details
